About The Position
As our next Maintenance Technician, you will keep our local facility running smoothly every single day. You will serve as the go-to handyperson on-site to handle minor repairs and help our clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial maintenance experience
- physical ability to lift 50+ lbs
- At least 2 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A reliable, punctual and friendly attitude.
Responsibilities
- Replace and repair lights and electrical fixtures.
- Complete light plumbing tasks, including toilet repairs.
- Work as a reliable building maintenance worker to patch, paint sheetrock, and handle general repairs.
- Assist with office setups, hang items, and complete other tasks as requested by management.
