About The Position
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Heritage Townhomes and Union at Stonecrest apartment community located in Stonecrest, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities. In addition, they work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Requirements
- Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license are required.

- Working experience with HVAC
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities
- Ability to use time efficiently
Responsibilities
