About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Graduate/ or Equivalent
  • Machine Repair Experience
  • Knowledge of OSHA Requirements
  • Knowledge of Electronics
  • Knowledge of Hydraulics
  • Knowledge of Pneumatics
  • Hi-Lo experience and certification

Responsibilities

  • To Maintain, Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment and Facility as Required.
  • To Comply with all applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
  • To perform all required and scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual and annual preventative maintenance activities per work instructions, procedures and quality system requirements.
  • All tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Maintain all preventative maintenance records, documents as per QMS requirements
  • Permanently Identify all equipment and maintain records
  • Ensure Facility is kept clean and free of debris
  • Ensure that Safety Energy Controls are present on all applicable equipment and functioning
  • Report all Safety Nonconformance's to the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Daily Press PM checks/record findings
