Requirements

• Prefer vocational or technical education or related experience.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver's license.
• Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing repairs involving, but not limited to, carpentry, painting, plumbing and basic electrical HVAC work.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices appropriate for a licensed nursing home setting.
• Understanding of maintenance requirements in commercial food service environments, including sanitation and coordination with kitchen operations.
