About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Princeton Court. The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Requirements

HVAC Certification is required (EPA Universal preferred).
Prior experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and structural issues.
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
Be on-call for emergency maintenance issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and service requests.
