About The Position
Responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility, building systems, and general equipment to ensure a safe and functional work environment. Duties include performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, lighting, doors, and general building maintenance. Use hand and power tools to complete repairs, respond to maintenance requests, maintain a clean and safe work area, and assist with outside contractors when needed. Must be able to troubleshoot issues, prioritize work orders, and follow all safety procedures.
