The Maintenance Technician will coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisors and Maintenance personnel to provide maintenance support as required to allow the manufacturing process to proceed with minimal down time due to mechanical problems. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, calibrating equipment, and utilizing safe work habits. The technician will also perform advanced carpentry projects, ensure areas are clean and safe, and communicate effectively to understand internal needs. They must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and interpret various documents such as safety rules and operating manuals. A strong understanding of production components and energy storage is necessary for safe and productive operation. The role requires maintaining a high level of quality and safety awareness, and familiarity with computer, PLC hardware and software, inverter drivers, photo-eyes, proximity switches, counters, level sensors, controllers, and other computer or controls basis interface equipment.
