Cactus Wellhead - Maintenance Technician- Night
About The Position
Responsible for the maintenance functions and repairs associated with equipment/machines located in the Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib. This role involves performing a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive maintenance work on shop machines and equipment. The technician will interpret complex maintenance manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine repair and troubleshooting procedures. Responsibilities include disassembling, adjusting, repairing, replacing, and proving out maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and other machine repair. The role also involves electrical repairs on equipment, assisting with moving and installation of equipment, and moving/storing hazardous materials. The position requires following lockout tag out procedures and working with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Products
- Working knowledge of Customer Property, Repair and Remanufacture
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationships and Networking
- Working knowledge of Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and Other EOM Equipment
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure and Asset Management
- Working knowledge of Preparing and Evaluating Budgets
- Advanced computer skills
- Advanced Language skills
- Advanced Mathematical skills
- Advanced time management ability
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Valid driver's license

- Follows lockout tag out procedures
- Proceeds with minimal supervision
- Maintains and monitors Calibrated Tool and Equipment Tool Crib
