About The Position

Responsible for preparing and maintaining location documentation and providing administrative support to Location Personnel.

Requirements

  • Office Administration certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate Language Skills Mathematical Skills and Intermediate Reasoning Ability.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments including HQ and other branches

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Maintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Special projects or assignments as directed by management
