Requirements

Skilled technician with experience in general maintenance (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC).
Dependable team member who thrives on solving problems and takes pride in a job well done.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with staff to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Physically able to lift equipment, climb ladders, and handle tools safely.
Familiar with safety protocols and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Formal training or certification in maintenance is a plus but not required.
Experience in healthcare settings is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC checks, and equipment upkeep to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Respond promptly to repair requests, from fixing a leaky faucet to troubleshooting heating issues, with care and efficiency.
Assist with room setups, furniture assembly, and minor renovations to keep our spaces functional and inviting.
Conduct regular inspections, manage inventory of supplies, and recommend improvements to keep our community in top shape.
