About The Position
The Maintenance Technician performs routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment. They monitor inventory of facility supplies and materials, assist in setting up and arranging meeting rooms and workspaces, and conduct safety checks. This role also supports facility security measures and responds to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
