Requirements

  • Millwright or formal education or qualification in field of maintenance and mechanical, including a bachelor's degree or diploma, along with relevant experience in the manufacturing field or engineering industry.
  • At least 10+ years of solid background in manufacturing with experience in production and maintenance management.
  • Previous experience in the industrial maintenance.
  • Ability to work in 12 hours shift, 3 days/nights a week. Weekly rotation.
  • Ability to bent, twist, lift and carry- 5 to 10 kgs of weight occasionally.
  • Strong manufacturing background with experience in maintenance.
  • Attention to detail with good data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
  • Fix defects and perform corrective tasks based on inspection results.
  • Flag potential issues early and suggest long-term solutions.
  • Operates within maintenance, with a focus on execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Prevent any malfunction of the equipment, apparatus, machinery or systems that are used in the production process.
  • Participating in complex maintenance projects.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, evaluate severity and determine repair urgency, perform hands-on repairs and consult with supervisors when needed.
  • Execute overhaul and modification work per instructions, recommend improvements based on your experience and technical insight.
  • Knowledge of EAM, for maintenance operations, contractors' management and root cause analysis.
