Maintenance Technician - Fast-Paced Wash Center

Eternity Systems/MTNA, Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our operations team. This position is responsible for supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment to help ensure safe and efficient production operations within our wash center. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, hands-on, and able to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
- Proven experience performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Proficient in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in wet, hot, cold, and noisy environments
Nice To Haves
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Welding and metal fabrication experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner
- Assist with diagnosing operational issues and implementing corrective actions
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately
- Support installation and setup of new equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and GMP standards
- Communicate effectively with operations and leadership teams regarding equipment status
