About The Position

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Warwick, Rhode Island. The role involves preparing apartments for occupancy, performing general maintenance and repairs, assisting with snow removal, and helping maintain the community’s grounds and buildings. General knowledge of apartment maintenance is required. The technician works with residents, coworkers, management, and the custodial team to support resident service and community upkeep.

Requirements

General knowledge of apartment maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable vehicle.
Proven maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare market-ready units in a timely manner, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and management.
Contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
Perform snow removal.
Assist the custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, the leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings as needed.
Complete tasks with pride and successfully contribute to occupancy goals.
