About The Position

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in West Warwick and Coventry, Rhode Island. The role requires general knowledge of apartment maintenance and includes preparing units for the market, supporting community upkeep, and helping maintain a successful resident community. The technician communicates with residents, coworkers, and management and contributes to a team approach to resident service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable vehicle.
General knowledge of apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

Prepare market-ready units in a timely manner, performing basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and management.
Contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
Perform snow removal.
Assist the custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, the leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings as needed.
Complete tasks pridefully and successfully to contribute to occupancy goals.
