About The Position

Keep mission-critical equipment and facilities running in the Arctic. You'll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of assets in a challenging, team-oriented setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years maintaining tracked heavy-duty equipment
  • 5+ years facilities maintenance (welding/fabrication experience)
  • Proficiency with diagnostic software, tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Able to drive trucks, snowmobiles, and other polar vehicles
  • Meet physical demands (confined spaces, extended standing, extreme cold)
  • Valid U.S. passport and driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, service, and repair snowmobiles, power generation systems, and heavy-duty vehicles
  • Use computerized diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and heating repairs
  • Execute preventive maintenance; complete logs and work reports
  • Collaborate across station teams to support safe, efficient operations
