About The Position
IRT Living is hosting a Job Fair in Indianapolis and you're invited – Friday, 10/9/26, from 11 -2 pm and 3 - 6 pm, EST! We are looking for skilled and motivated MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS to join our teams at our various properties! Meet and interview with our Regionals and Hiring Managers for your chance to be hired. All you’ll need to bring is an updated copy of your resume. EARN $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS IF HIRED
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields (hospitality, construction, skilled trades)
Nice To Haves
- EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; move items up/downstairs and push/pull up to 200 lbs. with equipment
- Strong communication skills with a professional, courteous demeanor
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.
