About The Position
IRT Living is hosting a Job Fair in Indianapolis on Thursday, 10/8/26, from 11 am - 2 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm EST. We are seeking skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians to join our teams at various properties. This is an opportunity to meet and interview with our Regionals and Hiring Managers for a chance to be hired. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered if hired. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- EPA Type I and II certifications required.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs.
- Professional appearance with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.

- CPO preferred.
