About The Position
Maintenance Technicians at StorageMart are crucial to upholding the company's promise of Easy. Clean. Service. They are responsible for ensuring that facilities are running smoothly, are clean, and are safe for customers and staff. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks across multiple locations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience
- Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license/insurance and ability to travel between stores
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches
- Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking
- Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal
- Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance
- Travel between multiple locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
