Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of production and facility equipment. This role involves performing necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure adequate machinery is available for operations. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining proper Hazmat documentation and ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are fulfilled. The Stock Yards facility has been providing chefs with expertly cut and portioned beef and pork for over 120 years.
