About The Position

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical)
• Ability to troubleshoot problems
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledgeable with hand & power tools

Responsibilities

• Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
• Responds to work orders
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
• Appliance installation & repair
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
• Basic HVAC maintenance
• Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
• Maintains safe and clean working environment
• All other duties as assigned
