Requirements

  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma/GED
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • At least 1 year of facility maintenance experience.
  • Ability to read and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels.
  • Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance, improvement, safety, and cleaning operations of grounds, properties, facilities, and vehicles.
  • Equipment repairs, hanging/removing signage, snow removal, weed killing, preventive maintenance tasks (grease bearings, replace belts, clean parts, etc.), minor plumbing, electrical, and construction, record keeping, some clerical tasks, setup/teardown for classes/events.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment both within and around the facility.
