About The Position
Envolve Community Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Hillcrest Manor Senior Apartment Community in Lubbock, TX. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs, apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with a commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include picking up the grounds as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
- Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
- Ability to complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
- Ability to pick up grounds as instructed.
- Ability to assist the maintenance supervisor.
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
- Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Reliable Transportation.
