Requirements

Previous apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
Can troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
Takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality repairs
Communicates professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone supports one another
Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Is available to participate in the on-call rotation

Responsibilities

Completing resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
Performing preventative maintenance to keep building systems operating efficiently
Preparing apartment homes for new residents through quality make-ready work
Maintaining the appearance and safety of the community's grounds and common areas
Working alongside teammates to provide outstanding customer service and a positive resident experience
Participating in an on-call rotation to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
Assisting with snow removal and weather-related emergencies when needed
