About The Position

StorageMart is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team. This role is crucial to upholding the company's promise of Easy. Clean. Service. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that facilities are running smoothly, kept clean, and are safe for customers and staff. This is a hands-on role that involves a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across multiple locations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance or related trade experience.
• Power tool knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license/insurance and ability to travel between stores.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, standing).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, doors, and latches.
• Perform carpentry, pavement repair, and light woodworking.
• Handle janitorial work, groundskeeping, and snow removal.
• Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Travel between multiple locations as needed.
