About The Position
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures at Auraria Lofts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years preferred apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience
- HVAC certification preferred
Responsibilities
- General maintenance, preventative maintenance and safety at the properties
- Resident inspections
- Cleanliness and appeal of the property
- Completing work orders
- Preparing units for new occupancy and grounds-keeping
- Assist with Property Turn
