Requirements

Strong experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, and painting
General computer knowledge
Excellent customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing
Bilingual candidates
Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses

Responsibilities

Timely completion of work orders and special projects
Responds to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, and must be completed in a timely and professional manner
Assists in maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems
Rotating on-call responsibilities
