Requirements

1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
High School Diploma/GED (3-4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements).
Self-motivated, team-player, with strong communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability skills.
Computer and smart phone literacy required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
May be required to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday.

Nice To Haves

Preferred certifications include HVAC (depending on property), Electrical, or Plumbing.
A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the needs of the property.
Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs, cleaning, and replacement of HVAC systems.
Conduct plumbing repairs, replace parts, and perform installations of sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.
Execute carpentry repairs and installations of doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
Perform drywall/plaster repairs and painting.
Handle electrical and appliance maintenance, including lighting, wiring, power circuits, and replacing switches and lamps.
Repair and maintain machinery such as chillers, belts, pumps, and fans.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service.
