Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This is a position that requires special skills and / or schooling. These skills require technical training in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Metalworking and applications, Plumbing, Conveyors and Electric forklifts. Qualified candidates must possess skills in a minimum of two of these areas and must be able to read and understand schematics and possess troubleshooting skills. The pay for this position is established by the specific skills required and the amount of training and experience that the individual possesses and is not altered by the probationary period.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be a self-starter
Knowledgeable in small repairs and advance technical skills
Carpentry skills
Prior experience in the maintenance field mandatory
Physically capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
Must be clean, organized and tidy
Must be mechanically inclined
Able to use a multi meter to check circuits
Skills in a minimum of two of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Metalworking and applications, Plumbing, Conveyors and Electric forklifts
Able to read and understand schematics
