This role is for an Industrial Maintenance Technician at ESCO - Bucyrus Blades, a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week, with shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment installation.
Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues using meters and schematics.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including pipe fitting and OSHA Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Nice To Haves

Experience using machine shop tools such as lathe, mill, and saw.
Skills in welding and fabrication tasks.
Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions.

Responsibilities

Maintain production equipment to ensure consistent, safe, and efficient operations on a daily basis.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
Execute scheduled maintenance activities to proactively address potential issues and extend equipment lifespan.
Install and modify equipment to meet evolving production needs and improve system capabilities.
Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of developing a world-class safety culture.
