About The Position

This role is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently. The technician will also assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations, while strictly adhering to safety protocols and documenting all maintenance activities. Maintaining organized tools, accurate records, and monitoring spare parts inventory are key aspects of the job. The position also involves supporting facility upkeep, collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime, and participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (troubleshooting electrical panels 480 and below).
• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Good knowledge of tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics - great knowledge of safety when working around equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for minor mechanical or electrical issues.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience in PLC.

Nice To Haves

• Heavy equipment including conveyor lines experience is preferred.
