About The Position

At Palms Associates, we build, own, and manage our communities, providing consistent leadership and long-term stability. We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs for our Beachwood Park Apartments & Townhomes community in Raleigh, NC, which consists of 253 apartment homes. This is a stable, year-round work opportunity with a company that invests in its people.

Requirements

Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.
Ability to independently troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (required)
Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and install heat pumps.
Perform general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
