Requirements

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation
• Must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property
