About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Somerfield at Lakeside Apartments, located in Elk Grove, CA! This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Requirements

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience
• Team building and effective management skills
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
