Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing buildings and equipment, reporting unsafe conditions, meeting deadlines, traversing the campus, and moving equipment up to 100 pounds. The role also involves supporting, encouraging, and recruiting foster parents. Requirements include passing pre-employment drug screens and criminal background checks, providing proof of work eligibility, and demonstrating various abilities such as responding sensitively to cultural and socio-economic characteristics, working collaboratively, maintaining knowledge of equipment, achieving high standards of cleanliness, analyzing documents, working in a fast-paced environment with emotional control, maintaining computer literacy, organizing work, and working independently or as part of a team. A working knowledge of Compass Connections policies and procedures is also required.
