About The Position
The Maintenance Technician will contribute and participate in activities related to preventative, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance as well as environmental, health and safety, and other special initiatives. This is an onsite position located in Victoria, BC.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License and Access to a reliable vehicle
- Police Clearance: A criminal verification check is required for employment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

- Work experience in commercial / retail building operations is an asset but not a requirement.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and responsive maintenance
- Complete general repairs and support the day-to-day operations of the property
- Deliver exceptional resident service by responding promptly to maintenance requests, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with suite turnovers
- The role also includes seasonal grounds maintenance, emergency on-call support, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while contributing to a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming community
