POSITION SUMMARY: As the Maintenance Technician, you will be a key team player in the upkeep of the property by responding to service requests and completing repairs promptly while possessing a strong background in plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repairs.

Requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents.
Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
A passion for chasing excellence and providing exemplary customer service.
Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations.
Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software.
Meet task deadlines as assigned.
Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications. If not currently certified, the selected candidate must obtain the required certification within 60 days of employment: EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC) or HVAC Certification.
Strong background in plumbing, general carpentry, and appliance repairs.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
CPO (Certified Pool Operator)
Plumbing or Electrical Licenses

Responsibilities

Respond to service requests and complete repairs promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of property by maintaining and repairing issues across parking lot, buildings, and all common areas.
Clean out vacated apartments.
Assist the Groundskeeper with service requests as needed.
Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal.
Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property.
Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
