About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping all equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks. This role involves assisting the Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting all safety standards, and providing professional and courteous service to guests. The technician will also act as a team player, assisting in other departments when needed, and must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License Required
Responsibilities
- Keep all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
- Assist the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
- Provide a safe environment for guests and hotel staff by meeting all safety standards.
- Provide professional courteous service to guests and be accommodating to various requests.
- Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
- Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
