Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Previous maintenance experience ( multifamily/apartment maintenance preferred )
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, or building systems
Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls/on-call rotation
Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Professional communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification and CPO strongly preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance service requests efficiently and thoroughly
Maintain buildings, common areas, grounds, and amenities
Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents ( unit turns/make-readies )
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
Respond to emergency repairs, including after-hours maintenance needs
Maintain property safety standards and compliance requirements
Monitor and manage maintenance supplies and inventory
