Requirements
- Proficiency in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or a similar skill set.
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional appearance
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Driver's license and car
Nice To Haves
- EPA certification
- CPO certification
- Experience in heat pumps
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry.
- Demonstrate an aptitude to learn new maintenance skills.
