Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong Electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial Technology and Maintenance Certification or Equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • AC/DC electric, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, machining, and fabrication.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Team Lead in all aspects of maintenance procedures and activities.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
  • Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic subsystems, ovens, machining centers, and other custom equipment.
  • Execute and manage repair and preventative maintenance work orders in the Visual/IQM system and ensure completion.
  • Maintain and repair building systems, facility infrastructure, and surrounding grounds, including all subsystems.
  • Facilitate the installation and/or movement of equipment as needed within the facility.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate company core values and maintain strong attendance and reliability.
  • Perform other tasks or projects as directed by supervisor.
  • Support tooling and estimating functions as needed, serving as backup to Tooling Engineer and Estimating roles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product design and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities to resolve technical and process challenges.
