About The Position
American Communities is seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations and help keep their community running smoothly. In this role, you will assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and appliances, and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep. This is an opportunity for someone with general maintenance experience who is ready to take the next step beyond make-readies and grow their skills.
Requirements
- Must hold an EPA Type II or Universal certification
