About The Position
Container Research Corporation, an AS9100 certified company with over 65 years in business, seeks a maintenance mechanic/technician. The technician will handle both preventative maintenance and urgent maintenance needs for the facilities themselves as well as equipment and machinery inside.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Electrical experience.
- Experience with welding & fabrication, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic measuring tool skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work both inside and outside in various environmental conditions.
- Ability to lift and/or carry objects of greater than 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate clearly.
Responsibilities
- Handle preventative maintenance and urgent maintenance needs for facilities, equipment, and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
- Keep up-to-date records.
