Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Solid math skills
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to maintenance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical system malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
• Perform PLC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes.
