About The Position

Requirements

A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
A clean driving record
Must have mechanical/ HVAC repair & maintenance experience

Nice To Haves

Four years of experience working in the Maintenance field, preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for the upkeep of the facilities and the surrounding property.
Must have general knowledge of plumbing, groundskeeping, carpentry, painting, janitorial, and electrical skills.
Will be expected to complete tasks from a list developed by the Maintenance Supervisor, evaluate the building regularly, and submit any needed repairs and/or upkeep.
Perform maintenance at our residential facility in Dittmer, MO and will work hand in hand with other maintenance personnel.
