Requirements

  • Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or related role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Nice To Haves

  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Welding and fabrication skills
  • Industrial manufacturing, utility, or municipal maintenance experience
  • HVAC, electrical, or mechanical certifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency goals
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
