About The Position

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure seamless production operations. This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, as well as the ability to perform preventative maintenance and respond to urgent repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification or associate degree in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with facility upkeep, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
