This is an ON-SITE position requiring 5 days per week in our Rancho Cordova, CA office. About the Department: Corporate Real Estate and Facilities ensure that our owned and leased offices are inviting and engaging to our clients and over nine thousand Franklin Templeton (FT) employees across the globe. We keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and enable collaboration and innovation by supporting on-site services and a dynamic work environment. We build and maintain strong internal and external relationships essential to supporting the success of our operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant facilities and maintenance experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building HVAC systems and components ideal.
  • Can-do, customer service attitude and ability to partner/interface well with others at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • General knowledge of electric and plumbing systems and safety controls such as fire and security systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, door hardware, and automated building systems.
  • Manage and actively partner with vendors and oversee vendors responsible for providing services to the building to ensure both timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Build and reconfigure modular cubicles and assist the Records department with warehouse box retrieval.
  • Scheduled preventative maintenance, promptly addressing customer needs submitted via work order, and efficiently handling corrective actions to repair equipment.
