About The Position

Patriot Erectors, LLC., an AISC Certified Steel Fabrication and Erection company, is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Basic math skills are essential.
Must have safe working habits, be highly motivated, and able to work independently.
Experience with 480 volt-3 needed.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently, with heavier weight necessary at times.

Nice To Haves

A degree in electrical maintenance or completion of a craft apprenticeship is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair skills for production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test equipment, and make adjustments.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment and machines such as CNC Drill lines, Plate Processor, and overhead cranes.
Perform a range of plumbing and carpentry tasks.
Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
Detect faulty operations and defective material and report any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Participate in the safety program and maintain clean work areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
