The Maintenance position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties such as troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all equipment, facilities and buildings according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Strong time management skills.
• Very organized and detail oriented.
• Very good communication.
• Solid and consistent work history.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interiors and exteriors.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Maintains a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
• Communicate effectively with all Shepherd Oil employees, customers and vendors.
• Work in a safe manner and recognizes and addresses unsafe situations. Take appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others.
